We use third parties to process payments for purchases you make on OBA/ART. They have terms and conditions that must be agreed upon as part of the purchase process. We are not responsible for your terms or conditions or for the security and privacy of any credit cards or other personal information you send through them. OBA/ART does not access your bank details, credit card number, debit card or any of its derivatives.

Our store is hosted at Squarespace Ireland Ltd. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. OBA/ART is limited to packing, certifying authorship, invoicing, and sending full payment of the acquired work to the address provided by the customer in the purchase process.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

The prices published by OBA/ART are presented always in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on the computer monitor is accurate.

All product descriptions or product prices can be reviewed and modified at any time, according to our needs.

OBA/ART undertakes to confirm or reject the availability of the work of art requested by the buyer within a maximum period of 5 days. If after this period from the date of validation of the purchase, OBA/ART does not confirm the availability of the product or the buyer does not complete the payment within this same period, the contract between the two parties will be dissolved and both free of obligations.

SHIPMENTS

All shipments have a tracking number so that the customer can check the shipping status of their order. Shipping time may vary depending on your destination.

The risk for loss or damage to the ordered goods passes to the customer as from the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.

If the buyer wishes to ensure the shipment of his order for the total amount of the purchase (up to a maximum of 5,000 € - five thousand euros) in addition to for damage, loss or breakdown, you must put contact OBA/ART immediately by email to report this situation.

If at the time of delivery of the work to the address indicated by the buyer, he is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If eight calendar days have elapsed from the date of this first notice, the customer does not contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the works will be returned to OBA/ART and the customer must take charge of shipping and return costs. 

Shipping costs for items to be exchanged or returned by mail will be borne by the customer and in no case will OBA/ART accept returns sent to postage due.

The period of delivery starts upon receipt of the payment. The delivery takes place as soon as possible. The period of delivery mentioned on the Website is purely an indication and therefore not binding for OBA/ART If a delivery is made on another date than mentioned on the Website, the customer is not entitled to any compensation whatsoever. 

OBA/ART is not responsible for any delay or failure of delivery attributable to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the importation of goods. OBA/ART is not responsible for possible additional costs.

RETURNS OR CHANGES

Orders are allowed to be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Assuming the work is returned in perfect condition and within the time allowed, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the work within 14 days.

Returned works must be carefully packaged with their original packaging or if you have already removed the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials and shipping the artwork safely.

Please note that the cost of shipping the artwork is again your responsibility.

Returns will not be accepted if the works are not in the same condition in which they were sent or damage is observed.

The costs of sending the works to be exchanged or returned by post will be borne by the customer and in no case will OBA/ART accept returns sent to postage due.

OBA/ART will only cover the return costs in the event that your order is damaged in the course of its shipment. In this case, you must notify OBA/ART via our contact email info@obaart.com within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt.

If the product is defective in origin, you must send an email to info@obaart.com with the invoice number explaining the defect and we will tell you how to return it to OBA/ART. Once received and checked, we will send you another one in return as long as we have availability of the same work. In this case the exchange for the same item or reference, OBA/ART will take care of the ports corresponding to the return and the new shipment.

Please note that OBA/ART is not responsible for undelivered returns, so we recommend that you secure shipping when returning a work of art.
