DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, this is not mandatory. Our guest check-out allows you to make a purchase in no time.

HOW CAN I BUY A WORK OF ART?

You have the option to purchase a work by credit or debit card at the click of a button. The prices indicated are in euros and include VAT.

After you make your purchase and complete your payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Then, as soon as possible, we will confirm that the artwork is available and that we are processing your order by sending you an email with the purchase summary, along with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

If we are unable to provide you with the artwork, we will notify you and refund the full amount immediately.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES OBAART ACCEPT?

We only work with secure forms of payment. At OBA/ART you can buy and manage your payments through PayPal and the Stripe payment platform.

The transfer of ownership occurs upon receipt of full payment of the merchandise. Your order will not be reserved or shipped until payment is received in our account. OBA/ART is not responsible for damages resulting from fraud or any other illegal act by bank card or credit card.

SHIPPING, INSURANCE, AND TAXES

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP AND DELIVER MY ORDER?

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the artwork purchased and the shipping destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within a week. However, some orders can be processed more quickly, while others can take longer, especially if they require special packaging or handling.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online using your tracking number.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE TAXES AND IMPORT FEES? HOW ARE THEY CALCULATED?

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer at cost. These charges will be indicated before the order is final. The risk of loss or damage of the goods ordered passes to the customer from the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.

If the buyer wishes to ensure the shipment of his order for the total amount of the purchase (up to a maximum of 5,000 € - five thousand euros) in addition to for damage, loss or breakdown, you must put contact OBA/ART immediately by email to report this situation.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer at the time of order. If an order cannot be delivered to the address specified by the customer, OBA/ART has the right to terminate the agreement without notice. The customer will be informed in writing, by telephone or by email upon termination. When the customer specifies an incorrect address, they will be charged any additional shipping costs.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND FEES? HOW ARE THEY CALCULATED?

At the time of ordering within the EU, all additional costs, such as VAT / taxes and fees, are included in the price indicated. When ordering outside the EU, not all prices include VAT or taxes.

OBA/ART is not responsible for customs costs or fees generated in international orders. You will be responsible for paying these fees and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we process it instantly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our team at info@obaart.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Under our return policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of an artwork, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You will then have 14 days to send back the artwork. For more information on this topic, see the Return Policy section.Orders are allowed to be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. In that case, you must notify OBA/ART via contact info@obaart.com. indicating the reason for the return.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Assuming the work is returned in perfect condition and within the timeframe specified, we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the artwork. Please note that the cost of shipping to return the artwork is your responsibility.

HOW CAN I RETURN A WORK OF ART?

To return an artwork, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Repack the artwork carefully with the original packaging materials. If you have already removed the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing proper packaging materials.
  • The return of a tidy item can only be accepted if the item is not dirty, damaged or damaged and is still in its original packaging.
  • Send the artwork securely to the gallery's physical address: Ctra. Del Mig, 99-110 1A -08907 Hospitalet de Llobregat.
  • Email all shipping details, including tracking number to info@obaart.com.

Upon receipt of the product and after checking that it is in perfect condition, OBA/ART will send you an invoice and refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days. Please note that OBA/ART is not responsible for undelivered returns, so we recommend that you ensure proper packaging, shipping, and insurance

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED ARTWORK?

It is the user's responsibility to check the order upon receipt and to make all claims appropriate and justified. We advise you to check that the packaging of the work is in good condition before approving the delivery. If it has been tampered with, opened, or shows obvious signs of deterioration, you may refuse the delivery of the order. In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged, we kindly request that you take a photo of the artwork and packaging in which it arrived and send us an email immediately to info@obaart.com, quoting your order number and indicate if you want a replacement if possible or a refund. We will get in touch quickly and arrange the return of the artwork.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER RETURNING A WORK OF ART?

The refund will be paid by the same method you used to pay through our website.

WHO WILL PAY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS? CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unless you return a damaged work refusing it upon delivery, return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
